Ask a model for a plot (optional; needs your own API key)
Your key stays in this page's memory only and is never stored. The request goes from your browser straight to the provider you choose. What is sent: the result table's column names, five sample rows, summary statistics and your request text. Sequences are never sent. The model returns a Vega-Lite chart specification which is rendered here; you can edit the specification and re-render it.

About the numbers
YN00 and NG86 reproduce PAML yn00 (weighting = 0). ML reproduces PAML codeml with
runmode = -2, model = 0: t, kappa and omega by maximum likelihood with standard errors from the
curvature of the likelihood. Validated pair by pair against PAML 4.10 on PAML's example data under eleven genetic codes.
With more than two sequences every pair is estimated independently; there is no tree-based estimate.
